Lin Xu Met with Leadership of Sinopec Lubricant Company


On July 9, Acting President Lin Xu met with Chen Qi, Deputy General Manager of Sinopec Lubricant Company, and his delegation. The two sides exchanged views on deepening cooperation and strengthening business exchanges.

Lin Xu extended a warm welcome to Chen Qi and his delegation, expressing admiration for the Lubricant Company’s strong technical capabilities. Lin Xu pointed out that imported lubricants face disadvantages such as high procurement costs, long supply lead time, and delivery instability. He expressed hope to strengthen cooperation with the Lubricant Company by establishing communication mechanisms at both technical and procurement levels, enhancing technical reserves, integrating imported lubricants of minor categories, jointly advancing the localization of lubricant alternatives, reducing costs and fees for the Company, and ensuring supply chain security.

Chen Qi stated that the development of the Lubricant Company relies on close collaboration with partner enterprises. The Company will provide comprehensive high-quality services, offering better support to FREP in areas such as lubricant localization, supply chain security, and used oil recycling, thereby further deepening bilateral cooperation.

During the meeting, technical personnel from the Lubricant Company presented their product advantages and technical strengths, detailing localization solutions and usage cases for lubricants in relevant organizations. Both parties also exchanged views on topics of mutual concern, including improving equipment operational efficiency, extending service life, and reducing maintenance costs.
